- HashKey Cloud will provide the validator infrastructure while assets remain within BitGo's custody framework.
- Neither company disclosed staking fees, expected yields, initial customers, or the amount of ETH and SOL entering the service.
HashKey Cloud and BitGo have expanded their institutional partnership to include Ethereum and Solana staking, with HashKey Cloud becoming a validator partner on BitGo’s platform.
ETH and SOL will be the first staking assets supported for eligible institutional clients. The agreement broadens an earlier staking relationship announced in July.
HashKey Cloud Will Provide Validator Infrastructure
HashKey Cloud will provide the validator infrastructure used by qualifying BitGo customers participating in the staking service.
Institutions will be able to stake supported assets while keeping them within BitGo’s custody framework. Access will depend on customer eligibility and local regulatory requirements.
Neither company disclosed staking fees, expected yields, initial customers or how much ETH and SOL could enter the service.
BitGo Will Offer Custody to HashKey Capital Funds
The expanded partnership also covers custody and institutional trading. BitGo plans to make custody services available to HashKey Capital and associated funds after required onboarding and contractual agreements are completed.
The companies will also cooperate on institutional trading flows, though they have not disclosed specific exchanges, trading pairs or settlement structures.
BitGo Will Support HashKey Real-World Asset Tokenization Projects
BitGo will also act as a custody partner for HashKey’s real-world asset tokenization initiatives. The companies are targeting institutional activity across Asia-Pacific markets, where HashKey already operates trading, asset management and tokenization businesses.
HashKey reported HK$2.68 billion in on-chain real-world asset value during the first half of 2026, while institutional customers accounted for HK$231.5 billion of its HK$282.2 billion platform trading volume.
The companies have not disclosed financial terms or a broader rollout timetable. ETH and SOL staking are the first named products, while custody and tokenization services remain subject to separate onboarding and regulatory requirements.
