Maxim Raises American Bitcoin Price Target to $16
- Maxim Group raised its price target for American Bitcoin to $16 from $15 while maintaining a Buy rating.
- Maxim revised its third-quarter revenue estimates using a higher assumed Bitcoin price of $75,000.
- American Bitcoin plans to release third-quarter earnings after markets close on Nov. 4, 2026.
Maxim Group raised its price target for American Bitcoin (ABTC) to $16 from $15 while maintaining a Buy rating. The firm revised its third-quarter revenue estimates using a higher assumed Bitcoin price.
Maxim Raises Its Bitcoin Assumption to $75,000
Maxim now bases its third-quarter revenue calculations on a Bitcoin price of $75,000, compared with $65,000 previously. The firm attributed the revision to recent momentum in Bitcoin’s price.
The assumption applies to Maxim’s earnings model. It is separate from the firm’s $16 share-price target and does not represent a forecast that Bitcoin will trade at $75,000 on a specific future date.
Analysts Set Different Targets for ABTC
S&P Global’s analyst data, displayed by Stock Analysis, showed an average 12-month ABTC price target of $16.75 across four analysts as of the dataset’s Oct. 12, 2026, update. Individual targets ranged from $14 to $22. That average represents analysts’ share-price forecasts rather than a company-disclosed valuation. Maxim’s revised $16 target sits within that range.
American Bitcoin Increased Output Despite Lower Prices
American Bitcoin’s second-quarter results illustrate how production and Bitcoin prices can move in different directions. The company mined approximately 932 Bitcoin, up from 817 in the first quarter, while mining revenue increased about 8% to $67 million.
Revenue per Bitcoin mined nevertheless fell to approximately $71,900 from $76,000. The company reported a mining cost of about $36,500 per Bitcoin, roughly unchanged from the preceding quarter.
Its reported holdings reached approximately 8,002 Bitcoin as of June 30, 2026. That total included about 3,090 Bitcoin pledged for equipment purchases, meaning the full reserve was not unencumbered.
American Bitcoin Schedules Results for Nov. 4
American Bitcoin plans to release third-quarter earnings after markets close on Nov. 4, 2026. A conference call will follow at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time.
Those results will provide the company’s reported revenue and production figures for the period covered by Maxim’s revised assumptions. Until then, the analyst’s estimates remain forecasts.
