Bitfinex Lists 5 Bitcoin Treasury Products

Bitfinex Securities has listed five tokenized notes tied to four publicly traded Bitcoin treasury companies, giving eligible non-US investors fractional exposure to Strategy, Metaplanet, H100 Group and Capital B.

The September 1 listings also include a tokenized note linked to Strategy’s STRC preferred stock. All five trade on the Liquid Network against US dollars, USDT and Bitcoin.

Five Notes Track Strategy, Metaplanet, H100 and Capital B

The Strategy common-stock product trades as CMSTR, while CMPTL tracks Japan-listed Metaplanet. CH100 references Sweden’s H100 Group and CALCPB follows France-listed Capital B.

Each full common-equity note is backed by 100 shares of the respective company held with regulated financial institutions. Investors can purchase fractional units of those notes to four decimal places.

The fifth product, STRCst, is backed one-for-one by Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock. Economic rights attached to the underlying STRC share, including its cash dividend, pass through to noteholders.

Investors Receive Economic Exposure Rather Than Company Shares

The products are issued through separate compartments of ORO (II), a Luxembourg umbrella securitization fund managed by SICOS Securities.

Buying the notes does not give investors direct ownership of Strategy, Metaplanet, H100 or Capital B shares. The underlying securities remain in custody, while investors receive economic exposure through the tokenized instruments.

The products were approved by El Salvador’s digital asset regulator and issued on Liquid, Bitcoin’s federated sidechain for asset issuance and settlement.

Access remains subject to investor eligibility and jurisdictional restrictions, with US persons excluded.

Five listings push Bitfinex Securities assets above $500M

Bitfinex Securities now offers 12 tokenized investment products across 27 trading pairs after adding the five Bitcoin treasury notes.

The platform said the total value of assets listed through its market has surpassed $500 million. The expansion follows its August completion of a $50 million tokenized capital raise for metals company Alkemya.

The new products provide tokenized secondary-market exposure to Bitcoin treasury equities rather than direct claims on the companies’ Bitcoin holdings. Bitfinex Securities has not disclosed initial trading volumes or demand for the five notes.
