The company reported no repurchases of its other listed preferred-stock classes or MSTR common stock during the week. It had $956.8 million of purchase capacity remaining under its preferred-stock repurchase program, while its separate common-stock program retained $1 billion.

On Oct. 19, Strategy disclosed that its board had increased the preferred-stock program’s total authorization from $2 billion to $3 billion, including prior repurchases. The company also reported spending $193.1 million on STRC shares during the preceding week.
